How do I drain The Polar Dive?
The Polar Dive comes with a tap at the bottom for draining. To drain it, connect a standard garden hose or simply open the tap depending on where the pod is set up.
How long should each Ice Bath be?
We recommend staying in The Polar Dive for three to eight minutes in cold water that is below 59º Fahrenheit (15°C) in order to get the health advantages.
The ideal temperature and time combination for cold water therapy is different as every person is unique, some may tolerate lower temperatures than others.

Finally found an incredible quality ice bath at a super reasonable price! Every piece of this setup is so well made. In one week in Texas, this chiller has already been put to the test being outside in near freezing temps and quickly up to the 80s and worked fantastic! The size is perfect too - it fits great in this corner/ under a bench and also is a great fit for both my husband (6’1”) and myself (5’2”)! Draining and refilling when you want to change the water out is also super easy with the drain tube they provide as well. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our purchase!!

I purchased the original tub with the Pro chiller and was could not be more thankful that the Polar Dive team provided a clear set-up guide included in the packaging. I set-up my chiller on my enclosed porch and have plunged every day since setting it up. If you follow their step-by-step guide, you will be filling your tube after about 30 or 40 minutes. I Please, save yourself 30 minutes and continue to follow their guides when you get to set-up the connection between the app and the Pro Chiller. I mistakenly stopped following along the instructions when I assumed I knew how to set-up the app the WIFI connection.
I LOVE my Polar Dive Pod. It's the perfect size for a full grown adult. The pro chiller can DEFINITELY get into the 30s - I tested and it got to 36°. Now, I am a woman so plunging is a bit different for me. I need to use warmer temperatures than men. My pro chiller has kept within a couple degrees of what I have it set at and it has been so helpful. This unit is a steal at this price! I highly recommend Polar Dive!
Great tub and chiller ! I’m impressed with the quality compared to my old tub . Plus’s they have excellent customer service thanks polar dive I would definitely recommend this pro set up with chiller .I use it every morning after my workout and have too say it keeps my soreness at a minimal. I wish i would have bought one of these sooner!!
My husband wanted this ice bath as a gift. He has used it regularly. He says it helps his sore knees feel better, and clears his head first thing in the morning.The set up was easy. If you are short, you may need a step stool to get in and out of the bath. My husband is 5’10” and you can see in the one picture how far up it comes on his body.I would definitely recommend it

It's easy to write a rave review when everything goes right.... In my opinion, the true character of a company is how they react when things don't go smoothly. I recently ordered Max and the pro chiller. It was part of the memorial day sale. When I didn't get a shipping notification after a week, I reached out. The entire customer service team jumped right on it. First off, they were completely candid that the response to the sale had overwhelmed the inventory. From there, they really shined. They offered me several options to compensate, ultimately they shipped a temp tub free of cost to get me plunging while the max tub was able to ship. Since then, they have been incredibly responsive, and even proactive letting me know what was going on with my order. Quite simply this is the best customer service I've experienced in recent memory.
This is my 2nd review for their chiller. Polar Dive removes or hides bad reviews on their website, as my previous one star review has disappeared, as well as another one star review from another customer. I ordered the pro chiller in February and got 8 days of use before having to send it back due to filter and pump issues. They still have not sent me my replacement and it's now June. Customer support just gives me the run around and won't send me the replacement or issue a refund. When calling customer support, I only get an AI bot and they say the transfer call function is experiencing issues or they just drop the call altogether. Avoid this company.

So, the Polar Dive product is awesome. I got into cold plunging because of my boyfriend. He owns a different brand that looks similar but cost three times as much as Polar dive. He put this unit together at my house and commented o how easy it was to install, how efficiently it cools and the ease of use. Not sure you could do better than that.

I purchased a pod and chiller in October 2024. Installed when the outdoor temperature varied between 28-50. The chiller and pod worked flawlessly, as expected with the colder temperatures however Ill be honest, I wasn't sure how well it would work after months of continuous use and with the sweltering southern heat. I built a small overhang for my setup to protect it from the elements and the water temperature never rose above 40F regardless of how hot it got. I can confirm it is a bit nicer dipping into cold water in summer than in the dead of winter. The real surprise came however from the customer service team. When they learned my chiller stopped working (due to a month plus of neglect and no maintenance when my son was born) set me up with a heavily discounted new setup. Polar Drive has a truly generous and professional staff who understood although sometimes things break, and life gets in the way that customer service is the secret to life long loyal customers. I would and have recommended their products to anyone looking to get into cold plunges, I just wouldn't recommend jumping straight in during winter unless you're a little crazy haha.
We ordered the Polar Dive for my son who is a college athlete. The Polar Dive was delayed, through no fault of the company (tariffs and supply chain issues everyone is dealing with), but they were in constant contact with us and even upgraded our purchases for the inconvenience. Product works better than advertised. I keep my outside in Houston 95degree-plus weather and it's kept the water at a cold 47 degrees. I keep it on all the time and was concerned about my electricity bill, but it hasn't increased more than $15 a month which is what I used to spend on ice ONE TIME. I have back pain so I cold plunge even 3 times a day. Polar Dive changed my life!

I got my Polar Dive 4 months ago and it has been life changing. As an above the knee amputee and recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I wanted to try something different and remain off medication. THIS WORKS!!!! I start ever day with a plunge and sometimes numerous times daily. When I travel I just don't feel as good and It's because of my Polar Plunge. I recently had a minor issue and they told me how to fix it immediately and in 3 minutes I was up and running again. The customer service is excellent. I received my polar dive chiller. I already had my own tub without any valves on the side of it so I had to hang the hoses over the edge of the tub instead of connecting it to valves on the side of the tub. The water was not filtering through the chiller. I contacted customer service and they sent me an external pump without any questions and without charging me for it. This was never their fault it’s just a bit of a different setup with my own tub. I was very impressed with them solving the problem so quickly and getting back to me within a few minutes. This is great customer service that all companies should provide but most lack. Thanks again for all your help!
