I've purchased the Polar Dive Pro set up with the standard chiller almost a year ago and i have been enjoying the cold plunge. It works effortlessly and effectively and i wont ever have to buy Ice again. Their customer service and support are very responsive and helped me with every questions i have the product as well as the installation.
I recently purchased the Polar Dive Tub with Pro Chiller. I am 6 plunges in and I LOVE the set-up. I have the unit set up in my utility room inside. I plunged regularly in an ice barrel set up outside for about 6 months in 2024. It had no chiller and I used bags of ice dumped in the water to get the temp in the 48 degree range. I was forced to stop when it froze over that winter LOL. Took me off my game. I tried heating bands to thaw the ice but to no avail. Fast forward to February 2026 and I bought this system and LOVE it!!!! No more ice bags. Just a steady 48 degree plunge at a very fair price. I knew I would start plunging again and Polar Dive made it happen.

I am super excited to have this cold plunge and chiller! As someone who has used the smaller, non chilled tubs before, the Pro with the upgraded chiller is exactly what I needed! I love that the water circulates constantly and the lid locking in place is great for the Texas wind. I will be recommending this to anyone who asks. Setup was easy, I had to do a little trouble shooting (letting air out of one of the hoses) but after that we are good to go!

The reason I love my Polar Dive is that being an offensive lineman Iām a bigger guy and can fully sit and straighten my legs and feel very comfortable. I have been absolutely loving the plunge. A couple of years ago I was cold plunging often but I stopped because preparing ice and cleaning the plunge often was too difficult for my schedule. I use to used to barrel where I would have to add ice daily, get in and crouch down. Now I get up, start my chiller from my phone and ready to go. Lay down and relax in my polar dive and relax. Highly recommended
Finally found an incredible quality ice bath at a super reasonable price! Every piece of this setup is so well made. In one week in Texas, this chiller has already been put to the test being outside in near freezing temps and quickly up to the 80s and worked fantastic! The size is perfect too - it fits great in this corner/ under a bench and also is a great fit for both my husband (6ā1ā) and myself (5ā2ā)! Draining and refilling when you want to change the water out is also super easy with the drain tube they provide as well. We couldnāt be more thrilled with our purchase!!

When I am not traveling I use it every day! Even my wife and kids are using it routinely. It has really changed the way I feel mentally and especially physically. 5-7 minutes at 50 degrees (since my wife will not let me go colder ) really brings relief to all my joints, but specifically to my hips and knees. I love using my cold plunge to start my day. After several surgeries taking the cold plunge helps reduce pain. I had started off with a cheaper tub where I struggled to keep the water cold enough to get the true benefits of doing a cold plunge. Was also having to change out my water every few days. I absolutely love the ease of the chiller pro with filter and the larger tub.
I purchased the original tub with the Pro chiller and was could not be more thankful that the Polar Dive team provided a clear set-up guide included in the packaging. I set-up my chiller on my enclosed porch and have plunged every day since setting it up. If you follow their step-by-step guide, you will be filling your tube after about 30 or 40 minutes. I Please, save yourself 30 minutes and continue to follow their guides when you get to set-up the connection between the app and the Pro Chiller. I mistakenly stopped following along the instructions when I assumed I knew how to set-up the app the WIFI connection.
I LOVE my Polar Dive Pod. It's the perfect size for a full grown adult. The pro chiller can DEFINITELY get into the 30s - I tested and it got to 36Ā°. Now, I am a woman so plunging is a bit different for me. I need to use warmer temperatures than men. My pro chiller has kept within a couple degrees of what I have it set at and it has been so helpful. This unit is a steal at this price! I highly recommend Polar Dive!

Cons: Lack of spare/replacement parts & accessories compared to some competitors is the only downside. Iād love to see an option for buying a mat to set my plunge on, or be able to purchase another lid and cover for the future!

Love, love, love! Iāve seen such a beautiful change to my skin since using the LEDive! I have rosacea, a few acne blemishes, and some discoloration from hormones and sun. All fading away to a clearer, smoother complexion. My friends even commented how my skin glows! I also used the acne setting on my teenage son and his skin is looking better as well! Iāve used the pain setting on an old hamstring injury that flares up and I feel so much better! Highly recommend.
As a skeptical clinician, I try all the products out on myself before offering to my patients. After the first use, I noticed, less redness with my rosacea, less pain in joints and other sore areas after a workout, and a general good experience with the LEDive. Then I used it on several patients after facial injections where there was more bleeding than normal, (due to meds) and suspected possible bruising to follow. Not a single patient had any bruising afterwards and all enjoyed the relaxation of laying in a calm area under the light for 30 minutes after toxin, fillers and skin booster treatments. I have had the LEDive device for a few month now and my clients and I are in love with it. To see a result for aging purposes you will need some time but for my clients with acne itās and instant result. Just amazing! So obviously i was bummed when one day it didnāt turn on anymore, I contacted customer service and Sophie helped me right away said that sometimes it can happen that to much energy goes through the plug and to protect the panel the plug stops working but in 48Hours I had my new plug and my LEDive is working again.
This light works really really well, and customer service is responsive and helpful! Im not embarrassed to say it has changed my daily routine. It even has a dedicated outlet by my bed and I use it every night before bed. Shortly after I acquired this, my partner was injured in a terrible bicycle accident, severing most ligaments in one knee. Having 2 knee surgeries prior to this accident, and going into a third to reattach the quadricep to the patella, we were told to anticipate 3 surgeries. Approximately 6 months (lots of PT, and regular LEDive use) later, we donāt need any of the additional surgeries, and I have my light back to myself for vanity!
After a couple of operations on lumbar and cervical, disc fusion, nothing was helping until I started red light therapy.
